Please send your questions about WaiterOne to following address : email. Also provide us all the information we need to understand your situation or configuration (which iOS are you using, which version of WaiterOne, which printer do you have (brand/interface), network configuration with ip addresses, …). You can also send an email from within WaiterOne, that way we will have all the information needed (settings -> about -> click here for international support). Don’t forget to check the FAQ first!

thanks a lot for your work, WaiterOne did a perfect job on my Fiesta. Friends where pretty much impressed by the easiness and ‘user friendliness’ of this app.
